1tablespooncornstarch
7fluid ouncesof water
Instructions
1. Lightly brown the meat and liver.2. Combine with the water, carrot, and peas in a small saucepan and keep on low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.3. Add the cornstarch gradually until the sauce begins to take on a gravy consistency. The sauce will thicken more during cooling.4. Add water or cornstarch if too thick or thin.5. Serve once cooled.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Remember to store in portion sizes so you don’t thaw and refreeze any of the casseroles.
