Simon, we have been having the same problem with Beulah!
She snarfs down science diet wet-food like it is going out of style, but we really wanted to start feeding her wellness. We are on day two of our weening stage, where I am mixing equal parts about wellness and science diet. I first let her smell the science diet to psychologically make her believe she is eating her regular old food, and then I mix up the wellness and science diet really good, and she doesn't notice the difference. In the following days, I hope to add less and less of the science diet to the wellness, so that she is eventually responding only to the "good" stuff. I see you have found a brand of wet food that Simon responds too...but thought for future reference this post might help you out, as we are going thru the same things right now!
