Arrival Story:
Rusty was given to me by a woman who had moved into a building without bothering to check their pet policy.

Bio:
Rusty was a darling cat (unless you ask my sister.) who loved most foods, human or cat, and loved his people with single-minded devotion. The first time I left him for a weekend, he ignored me for an hour when I got back. He was very emotional. He loved to play with strawberries. They affected him the way catnip did, and he'd roll on them, and bat them all over the kitchen. He died of lung cancer. Whether this was because his original owner had been a heavy smoker, or if it had something to do with having the exterminators in, or a combination of factors, I'll never know. He passed away in 1996 after a short illness.
